a very interesting combination, using pine apples and bitter squash! why菠蘿放入鹽水浸泡? used to hear this, but have not done so ! often buy pineapple, the whole, cut off the skin, and 釘. the core of the pineapple could even be better for making soup, it is a bit harder but sweet and full of flavor!
will try next time this soup! |
