Well, it's his choice to like Hong Kong or not but when he has made up his mind to study here. Then he better opens up his mind/eyes to learn the local culture, it's far more valuable than his diploma.

lol, you know what's so funny? he doesn't even realise the uni that he studied is funded by the government and how do the governments get the money from? the tax payers, he doesn't even have to pay a penny and he is complaining how shitty our place is. shouldn't that be us who are complaining about the whole situation.
