1. windbreaker and hat to protect from foul weather;
2. sun screen lotion with SPF of at least 30 to protect from uv ray;
3. a smartphone with GPS feature in case you get lost;
4. Gatorade in lieu of water to provent from cramps;
5. Any energy bar, e.g. Powerbar in case you run low in energy.
6. Depends on the duration of exercise, make sure you bring enough food with you. Your body usually stores between 2,000 to 2,500 calories, let's say you burn 500 calories an hour, usually after the 3rd hour you will be totally exhausted and need to replenish your energy need. Never go exercise with an empty stomach. |
